Q: Do you ship to my country ?
We ship worldwide. If your country is not visible, contact us and we'll add it.

:: Important update ::
Due to the current situation - and to ensure your order arrives in good condition - shipments to Ukraine, Belarus and Russia are on hold.

Q: Why do prices change when I log in ?
We respect French and EU regulations, therefore, as soon as you log in :

  • if you live outside Europe in a country where VAT doesn't apply, all prices will switch to VAT free (20% off).
  • if you live inside Europe in a country where VAT applies, all prices will adjust to your country's VAT rate. This is mandatory since July 1st 2021.
  • if you live in the UK, we'll collect UK's VAT if your order doesn't exceed the EUROS equivalent of 135£. Above the EUROS equivalent of 135£, your order will be VAT free.

Q: Will I pay custom charges ?
Please be advised that we cannot guarantee that you won't incur any additional customs / duties charges. We are not responsible for those, please contact your local customs office if you have any questions. VAT will be automatically deducted for non-EU orders.

Q: Can I add an item to my order ?
It's not possible to modify an order. We'll have to cancel and you'll have to place a new order. If you'd like to do that, please contact us.

Q: Can you combine shipments of my orders ?
We can't combine shipments. 1 order = 1 shipment once all items are available.

Q: When will you ship my order ?
When you browse our webshop, there is a "Shipping date" info on each item page. This date also appears, for each item, in your cart summary and in your order confirmation email. Orders cannot be split into several shipments. Your order will be dispatched when the item with the latest release date is available.

Q: Will I be able to track my parcel ?
Everything we ship has a tracking.
Tracked & signed parcels are shipped via French Post and can be tracked from dispatch to delivery at your door. Tracked & signed parcels are insured and will be delivered against your signature.

Tracked Mail parcels are shipped via French Post and can be tracked from dispatch to delivery at your door in the following countries : Albania, Germany, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Korea, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong-Kong, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Norway, New Zealand, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Kingdom, USA (non-exhaustive list subject to change during the year). Tracked mail is uninsured and doesn't require your signature to be delivered.

Q: Where is my parcel ?
Once we ship your parcel, we'll send you an email notification (check your spam folder as it might end up there).
You will be able to track your parcel by clicking "My account" and then go to "My Orders". Click your order reference to unfold details and click on the tracking code. Please be advised that it takes up to 48 hours for tracking to update. In most cases, you can use the parcel ID on your own national post website to track the parcel in your own language.

Certain countries offer limited tracking once the parcel leaves France, please contact your local post office if you have any question.
If you're outside of Europe, please remember that customs clearance can cause extra delays.

COVID 19 update : due to the ongoing pandemic, deliveries can be delayed by up to several weeks.

We advise you to monitor the tracking on a regular basis and if your parcel is not moving / not reaching you, please contact us and we'll look into it. We don't have a way to speed things up nor do we have a special website to look up tracking beyond what is publicly available.

Q: What do I do in case of damage ?
We pack each and every single order with collectors in mind: every item gets inspected before we pack your parcel. We only use strong LP/CD mailers with added layers for extra protection. Having said that, we're not immune to the human factor of rough handling, so if your parcel contains any damaged item(s), please contact us ideally with photo(s) of the parcel and the damaged goods, and we will work out a solution.

Q: What do I do if my merch doesn't fit ?
Most wearable merch item is POD (printed on demand / made to order), we can therefor not accept any returns. Please refer to the size chart in the picture of each item to find the right fit for you. We always recommend measuring one of your favourite garments (laying flat) and comparing the measurements to the ones we provide to achieve the desired fit. Do not hesitate to contact us prior to ordering if you need further information.

Q: Can I buy your releases in my country ?
We have a pretty wide network of distribution partners and it would be impossible to list them all here. Here's a non-exhaustive list of regular dealers. Do not hesitate to ask your usual purveyor to stock our releases.
