What data does Debemur Morti collect ?

    For payment management and to facilitate the user experience, Debemur Morti offers the following payment methods to make purchases on the site:

    • payment with Paypal solution

    Debemur Morti has no access to your bank card ID and numbers. All transactions are carried out on the websites of our financial partners and secured using SSL encryption, guaranteeing both the identity of the payment organization and the confidentiality of the data.

    All of the above-mentioned subcontractors, service providers, partners or other third parties are bound by contractual obligations to respect the confidentiality and protection of data and to process them only for the purposes for which we transmit them.

    How long is your data kept ?

    When you sign up for the Newsletter, we will retain your email address until you unsubscribe.

    When you contact Debemur Morti through the contact form or contact us by email, your data will be retained for up to five (5) years from the last contact.

    For your user account, your billing information is retained for ten (10) years from the date of purchase.

    The rest of your data will be retained for five (5) years from your request to deactivate your user account.

    Your payment details, for any purchase, will be kept for thirteen (13) months from the debit date, in the event of any dispute with the transaction.

    When you request it, your Site user account will be disabled and then completely deleted at the end of the above-mentioned durations from the day you made the request. Finally, for the data collected using cookies or tracers, it will be kept for up to six (6) months for cookies or tracers measuring audience and up to thirteen (13) months for the others. Beyond the aforementioned retention periods, your data will be anonymized to be kept for statistical purposes only.


    How is your data protected ?
